We approach management as a partnership with building owners to preserve and enhance property values. Our team handles all aspects of management, from the paperwork (accounts receivable and payable, reconciliation of expenses, and monthly reporting) to the maintenance and improvement of the physical structure, including 24 hour answering service and after hours emergency calls. Managing a commercial building gives us a unique perspective in negotiating a new tenant lease. We are able to relay comprehensive information about the building, coordinate tenant improvements, including  hiring and supervising contractors, and work to ensure a smooth transition for all parties.
